君山书院是枣庄职业学院为加强通识教育于2017年设立的。现有教师52名，教授9名，副教授24名，涵盖运动健康指导和网络新闻与传播等专业学生225名。君山书院成立之初，就确立院训为"追求君子之风，弘扬工匠精神；立足新起点，实现新跨越"，并以此作为君山书院的核心文化。开创性地构架起"一三三五"育人模式，即：一条主线"立德树人"，三通教育"通用素质、通用技能、通用知识"，三大团队"工匠精神培育团队、艺术素养提升团队和综合素质拓展团队"，五大导师"发展导师、学业导师、生活导师、社会导师、学长导师"。在教学工作中，抓实传统文化和工匠精神育人工程，一是紧紧围绕工匠精神培育，二是凸显人文素养类课程和艺术拓展类课程。三是课堂内外相结合，学校内外相结合，线上线下相结合。在优秀传统文化教育方面，凸显"地域文化、工匠文化和书院文化"三大特点，邀请优秀艺术家走进君山书院，让学生切身体验传统文化的魅力。围绕学习和传承优秀传统文化，建设了书院"活动空间"。

近年来，"一三三五"育人模式，已成为君山书院开展一切工作的遵循和抓手，实现了文化育人模式的重大突破。处在新时代，站在新起点，君山书院将进一步加强学生的人文素养教育，为国家培养更好更多的高素质技术技能人才。

Junshan Academy was built to strengthen the general education in Zaozhuang Vocational College in 2017. There are 52 lecturers, 9 professors, 24 associate professors and 225students majoring in sports health instruction, network news and communication, etc. The school motto of “ the pursuit of spirit of the gentlemen, the promotion of the spirit of craftsmanship, the foothold of the new start and the implementation of the new spanning” was initially established and reckoned as the core culture at the beginning of foundation of Junshan Academy. Moreover, the educational mode of “1335” is creatively formed. One leading point is “to foster virtue through education”; three kinds of general education refer to “general qualities, general skills and general knowledge”; three teams involve with “ the craftsman spirit cultivation team, the art quality promotion team and comprehensive quality development team”; five mentors include “development mentor, academic mentor, life mentor, social mentor and senior schoolmate mentor”. The programs in the traditional culture and craftsmanship cultivation are effectively carried out in the teaching jobs. Firstly, the cultivation of craftsmanship is closely emphasized. Secondly, the courses of human quality and art development are clearly focused. Thirdly, the in-class activities are combined with after-class ones, in-school with after-school and online with offline. In terms of excellent traditional culture education, three characteristics of “region culture, craftsmanship culture and academy culture” are given prominence to and outstanding artists are invited to the academy, which enables students to feel the charming of traditional culture in person. Concentrating on the study and inheritance of outstanding traditional culture, “Activity Spaces” have been founded in the academy.

In the past few years, the “1335” educational mode has been a principle and basis to carry out all the teaching matters concerned, which has achieved a key breakthrough in the cultural education mode. Standing in the new times with a new start, Junshan Academy will further enhance the humanistic quality in order to cultivate more and more better high-tech quality talents.

君山书院LOGO设计解释说明：

君为提笔写篇章，

经典名作永流芳。

古有匡横凿壁借光，

今有君子高山仰止。

此logo为“君”字的变形，整体设计是在一盏明灯下，以毛笔书写文字。

“君”字的上半部是横着的“山”，象征着高山仰止。

中间一横是明灯，书院教师是学生成长道路上的引路人，书院优质教学资源，成为照亮学生们人生发展道路的一盏明灯。

中间一撇变为毛笔，书写经典名著，书写君子之风，书写学生们的美好人生。

“君”字下半部的“口”字，变为一本书。象征着学生们阅读学习经典名著，象征着他们在书院里体验到的重品行修养、守道德底线、树君子之风、养浩然正气的美好时刻。

LOGO设计理念：

君山书院蕴藏着学院的精、气、神，是学生们启发智慧、培养道德情操、丰富文化知识的殿堂，激发学生们学习兴趣，给他们带来收获科学文化知识的乐趣。

“韶华苍苍，渭水泱泱，君子之风，与之久长。”教室温度四季如春，光线柔和、读书气氛浓厚的环境里，学生们轻松阅读，增强学习理念，还能在知识的海洋里，了解学院地域文化和本地的发展历史。
